Nice room with a lovely view. Slightly cold, could not figure out how to turn the heating up. Should have asked, but did not, so my own fault. Room adjacent to pub with great food and lovely people, fire place and great atmosphere.

We have had a lovely time in the Peak District and the Bowling green pub was a really good base. We had very nice supper the first night, with the limited menu due to a temporary chef. The burger was great and i throughly enjoyed my pie. The room was clean and we had all we needed. Our dog was most welcome and breakfast was great. A lovely 2 night stay.

Quaint English pub in the Peak District village of Bradwell, so location is excellent. Staff were welcoming, and room was immaculately clean. Food is good but I didn't find it outstanding -I had the Halloumi burger which was tasty, but I wish they had more vegetarian options. Also would have loved a veggie option for the English breakfast. Definitely recommended!
