I was recommended this place by my daughter for my manicure gel polish. She spoke highly of Akbar. However I was seen by a lady called naseem. Very friendly and sweet girl but unfortunately she butchered my nails. She used extremely coarse nail file on the top of my nails very aggressively which ripped them up and then continued to apply gel polish on top. The result was very messy gel polish with bits of nail peeling and spiking up. She continued cure my nails until eventually I had to point out the spiky bits poking through the gel polish and she said my nails were like that. Thankfully she filed the nails smooth with an electric file this time which burned and then re-did two nails. After the gel had cured she did not even put cuticle oil around my nails and the nails looked messy there was polish on and around the skin too in areas. To be honest I was too scared to ask her to clean them up in case she started filing again. I left feeling dissatisfied and will not be returning any time soon.

Me and my daughter went into get our nails done and I wanted individual eyelash extension. I was very happy with my extension and the lady did a very good job and did it very quickly under 45 mins so I would give them 4.5 stars, but was very disappointed with my daughters nails it took them just over 2 hrs and looked as if a 10 Yr old did her acrylic nails and polish very disappointed so I didn't get my nails done.

I regularly go here for PRP (for hair loss) and aesthetic treatments - Akbar is professional and provides great results.

Definitely recommend to everyone! Fatma is really pleasant and professional. The cleanliness and hygiene is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to friends . Don’t get your lashes done here had them done and my eyes felt bruised for days after I was left lay on the bed on my own half bath at through my appointment she also turned up to my appointment an hour late and my lashes are now ruined with multiple of my natural lashes now fallen out.

Took my 14 year old daughter to have a helix piercing. They pierced the outside part of her ear lobe twice instead.
