The Beauty Clinic manchester

I never usually write reviews because I've never had to but my experience at the beauty clinic today was only worth 2 stars. I don't doubt that the current 5 star reviews are genuine because the majority of my time here was okay, the manager was lovely and my wash, cut and blow dry was very thorough however the facial was disappointing. Throughout the extent of my facial, I felt very tense. I am aware of the steps throughout a standard facial as I have had several before but I can not understand how slapping and a rough massage is "stimulating"- I mentioned this to her. The older, blonde lady (who did our facials) seemed uninterested in doing her job properly as whenever she got the chance to she went on her phone in the corner of the room. She then began huffing and puffing once she sat back down to continue the treatment I had paid her to do. Me and my friend had the same lady for each of our facials and both felt the same way. My friend suffers with premature grey hairs which she is very self conscious about yet the woman felt it was necessary to point out the grey hairs which made my friend feel very awkward and uncomfortable. I am sorry to say, we will not be returning.

Amazing hot tub spa experience, the ladies where very welcoming and the facial & massage was 5 stars all new staff here for treatments are very professional absolutely relaxing atmosphere love the bamboo style ceiling and pretty treatment rooms me and my friends had a amazing time recommend to all x
