I was lucky enough to get a last minute late evening nail appointment. Tina was absolutely lovely, very accommodatingc and has great product knowledge. She didn’t make me feel rushed at all despite me arriving at 8.00pm! Will definitely be back!

Great service and product knowledge. I have sensitive skin and Nicola always takes great care to use the best products to suit me. My skin always feels great after my facials and I love having LVL lashes.

I love this salon! I have had my beauty, nails and hair done here and I’m always happy! Everyone is friendly and relaxed here, it really feels like a home from home for me. I spend so much time there! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Try it you won’t be disappointed!

I had a full leg wax and Hollywood, and was really disappointed with this service. My appointment was at 330 but I didn't get seen until about 345, didn't mind at all I know these things run over. The lady was clearly in a rush as she had a meal booked at 5, I even offered to just do the Hollywood today and I would book in for my legs in the week which she declined. I have had to come home shower and scrub myself as I had so much wax still left on me. Being in the shower I noticed lots of hairs all over that is just unacceptable. I contacted the company to give them the opportunity to rectify this, either by going over the hairs left or a full refund as I would have to go somewhere else and pay them to sort out this terrible job. I really liked the ladys personality that did this but unfortunately she has not been professional or done a good job on this occasion. I hoped that this was just a one off, however they have completely ignored me. Would not recommend at all. Try supercuts in asda eastlands, nicola is amazing!
