Even though I have moved 20 miles away from my favourite hairdresser's, I still keep going back. Kelly is the best hair colourist I've met! She knows exactly which blends suit a customer better. When I book for a hair cut/colour/highlights, I give Kelly the idea of what I want and from there, she works her magic around it! I've never ever been disappointed! Kelly and her team treat you like family. Can't wait to go back. xxx

I've been coming to Kelly and the girls for the past 6 months and each time I've left feeling amazing! They always make you feel welcome and really listen to what you want and will advise you honestly on what would suit you best either cut and/or colour. I can't wait to go back for a pamper!! Kelly and lauren are amazing, I’ve been going to The Hair Lounge for the last two years now and have never loved my hair more. My hair always looks and feels so healthy, Kelly is a genius with colours and really takes pride in getting the blend prefect. I love getting my nails done by Lauren too makes me feel truly pampered. Having had my hair styled and coloured in Manchester City centre for a very long time and not being happy with the service, I wasn’t sure where to try. I found Kelly on Instagram which was great as I was able to look at her work which looked amazing. I arranged a consultation for myself and my mum and Kelly made is feel at ease from the get go. I was a little nervous going along for my first colour as it’s always scary when somebody new does your hair but there was nothing to be scared about, you can tell Kelly really cares for her customers as she had thought of colours ideas for us and before we arrived and the result was amazing. All the staff are lovely and my hair is looking the best it ever has and I have received lots of compliments.

I have been going to Kelly for over 10 years now and although I have moved to Lytham I still go back to the hair lounge. I have tried local salons but they do not compare. Kelly is very honest and will not do something that she feels will damage my hair. Amazing colour every time and cut. Would not trust anyone else

Fantastic salon! Affordable prices, offering great colouring specialist's. I have been a loyal, regular visitor that has used this salon for years. I have moved away from the Manchester/Crumpsall area but still make a point of visiting this salon when I am home. Special mention to the owner Kelly! A very hard working, dedicated hairdresser who has fantastic social skills but also very good at what she does. Definitely one of my favourite salons!
