Lovely and hot food. We got there just before the start of lunch so easily got a table. With the social distancing they dont have as many tables as they used to so during the high peak times you might have to wait for a table, but the staff were very efficient, clearing and disinfecting tables very quickly. We had a pleasant meal and felt very safe.

They are now open 8am-3pm, we have just been there for one of their wonderful breakfasts! This place is consistently good, the food hot and freshly cooked, served on lovely warm plates, the diner clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The menu is quite extensive and suits most tastes and is very reasonably priced. An all round good experience and is now in line with all the social distancing practices required!! If you don’t visit this place you will have missed a real treat!

I was recommended this Diner by a friend a few years ago and finally decided to visit, it's only accessible from the westbound carriageway of the A38. It's located adjacent to Exeter Racecourse. We decided on a Big breakfast and scrambled egg on toast. It was busy however the service was freindly and prompt. Check the menu, order and pay at the till and they bring it to your table. The interior is dated but well spaced out and nearly everyone were wearing masks. The food was good and portion size generous. Free ample car parking on site.

Excellent Sunday Roast, large serving. Great staff and lovely atmosphere. Dinner was so big I had to get pudding to go. If you have small children there was enough to share. 😀
