Called Kia to arrange to get a spare key for my car. Explained it was urgent. Spoke with someone in the spare parts department the guy on the phone could not give me a price after 5 minutes it was around 17.00 he said he will look into it and call me back 18.00 came I called back and I was told they have all gone home now. If you are struggling to get a price for a car key and can’t manage it before you go home I little tip... call the customer back regardless before going home and arrange to follow up in the morning. Common courtesy.

We recently purchased a car from Brayleys. Andrei was so helpful and didn’t give up finding us the car we wanted. Thank you Andrei, you were so knowledgeable about Kia! We were never put under pressure to buy and treated with respect. Geoff, the assistant manager was so nice and nothing was too much trouble for him. The car had to have a small job done on it and Gary, the after sales manager was just brilliant. No quibble, no hassle, just a very nice person who got things done very quickly and professionally for us. We are so very pleased with our car and would highly recommend this garage. All of the staff were so friendly and such a great bunch of people. What a team! Thank you

Took my outlander in for a recall from mitsubishi, called booked in and fixed within 2 weeks, polite friendly service. And as a bonus without asking they returned the car cleaned inside and out, it was gleaming. Great job, great service.

An excellent experience from the first phone call. Top service from friendly, professional and straight forward staff. No pressure, just good honest conversation. Particular mentions for Merv and Geoff, who were really helpful. Car was prepared and serviced to a very high standard. Handover/collection was very efficient - thanks Merv, I was in a hurry and he was very organised. Car was fuelled ready for my 1 hour drive home - much appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - good 'old fashioned' service - you don't get this very often. Thank you.

Booked a car for an MOT but arrived 20 minutes late. Nevertheless I was greeted politely and assured that this was no problem. MOT carried out as well as a health check on the vehicle. Was also shown the Kia EV6 during my visit including being driven onto the roof car park.

I have bought 6 new cars for my wife and I from Bradley’s over the last 7 years and I quite frankly won’t entertain going anywhere else. The sales team, Geoff, Will and Rodger, couldn’t be improved upon and nor could the service department. We have had very few issues but all have been dealt with swiftly, courteously and professionally. If there was a sixth star I would give them that too!

Awful experience start to finish. I would not return for further work to be done here. Booked on for MOT. Communication awful throughout. Unable/willing to help with more simple request to re attach rear view mirror. Very expensive for work they are doing. Avoid
