I wouldn't give these guys the time of day, let alone let them do any more work on my house. I was told that they have their own teams of fitters, we got subcontractors. The communication between the subbies and the company wasn't good. We had the supervisor on the team we had taken off our job to go to another job in Cardiff. The workmanship left an awful lot to be desired, and there was a list of 10-12 things that required rectification. In the end I refused to pay them the last payment of £500 because the list of what required fixing was ignored. The other reviews on this site are most likely bogus and submitted by the company itself. I couldn't post my review with zero stars, hence the one star. If it was possible I'd give them minus stars.
