DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have been chasing them for nearly 4 weeks about a job they quoted for. No one answers the phone and there’s no option to leave a message! What company doesn’t have an answer machine!!! On the odd occasion when someone finally does answer they promise to chase up my order and call me back but they never do. I’m so angry and disappointed as I told them right at the beginning I needed the new window by a certain date.

Very poor communication. Phoning them regulary and they never returned calls. Took deposit for a job price quoted but then increased price. Weeks went by without any communication. Gave me wrong information about the job messing it up with another job. Had it fixed by another company for a quarter of the price as it was not the problem the surveyor had said. Still waiting for return of deposit. I would give this company a wide birth I told them to forget it I didnt eant them to do the job, then they rang me 2 weeks later to day they could come the next day!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. customer service poor.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I couldn't open my front door and a panel needed replacing, I was told a new barrel was required - Paid £314. The door would still not open. After a number of calls I was told the mortice lever needed replacing - additional cost of £500. After my complaint, Mike advised me he missed it on the survey report but later advised by Les that it's the way they work, replace one part see if that works then replace another part. I had obtained another quote to replace barrel, panel the mortice lever door knocker and letterbox for £600 when I had the initial quote from Centurion but went with them because I was assured there was nothing wrong with the mortice lever by them and they had done my windows about 10 years ago and did a good job. After a number of stressful discussions over couple of months especially with the manager Roy, it was agreed they would replace the mortice lever for about £140 but they couldn't give me a date, could be months. Mike was helpful and tried his best as he was only a go between myself and Roy. This company are just a bunch of thieves, they don't want to do anything via email (probably so there would be no records of conversations). The manager Roy has no concept of customer service, absolutely a disgusting experience and at the end hated talking to Roy and Les.

Happy with the work initially. A follow up on a problem with the french doors not quite so satisfact

Happy with the work initially. A follow up on a problem with the french doors not quite so satisfactory. Note you have to write the company a letter to inform them of any problems; they won't accept notification over the phone or via email. The main reason for leaving a poor review is the implication that the company is registered with FENSA. This is no longer the case and therefore any work carried out will not be registered, potentially leading to future problems with building regulations as I have experienced. The people I spoke to at Centurion were less than candid about this matter and I notice the FENSA logo is still being displayed on their website. I hope that Trading Standards will soon recitify this.

A terrible service; Very poor communication, we were mislead on price. Mike Cooper came and to give me a quote for some new sliding doors. After chasing Centurion several times over a period of 3 weeks, the price almost doubled ! However they could not tell me why -- an unreasonable error. On another project the surveyor got glass sizes wrong which delayed fitting by weeks. Workers traipsed dirt around my flat without cleaning up.
