North Abingdon Pharmacy oxford

I've always had exceptional service at the pharmacy. They're open quite late and I think it's perfectly reasonable that they close for lunch otherwise the pharmacist doesn't get a break all day!

When this pharmacy first opened the service was superb, but its slowly deteriorating. Originally you could ask them to request your repeat prescriptions, and they would phone you when they were ready to collect 5* service. They have now introduced a system where they stil request the prescription, but you have to remember when to go an collect them. Went this morning to collect a prescription and it had been dispensed and awaiting checking, there was a long queue. In a few years when online pharmacies become more dominant, and the small pharmacies are in decline its example like above when have brought the situation about. They even close for an hour at lunch !!!!!!!!!!!!! What a shame

Good, fast and accurate service. The staff is also charming. Best pharmacy in the area.

I Have just been in to the Pharmacy to collect a prescription and was pleased to see a very large notice on the entrance asking everyone to wear a face covering at all times while in the Pharmacy, However to my dismay there were three members of staff working behind the counter and not one of them wearing a face covering. How to you expect your customers to obey the rules if your staff are not prepared to.

Thank you to all the staff at the Pharmacy. Staff are always polite and willing to help. As a diabetic type 1, I was nearly out of my blood sugar level strips. I ordered in the usual way but they were out of stock. A member of the team immediately sorted it out + re ordered them, they arrived promptly the next day. Many thanks for all that you do.

Excellent service your made to feel more than a customer, always helpful polite and professional always willing to go the each mile. No problems whatever not like when i previously used tesco and boots in the past always lacked service. Best pharmacy in town by miles.

Excellent service and polite and helpful staff also handled the pandemic crisis well. No complaints from me!
