Absolute rubbish. They never answer the phone! The amount of journeys wasted turning up to get a prescription and they don't have it. I'm only calling to see if it's in but they don't have the decency to pick up to answer a quick question.

I have never been so disappointed in a pharmacy or service. Waiting 30 mins for a pharmacist to supposedly arrive and there is no explanation given as to why they are late. After 30mins still no pharmacist and a note put on door saying closed hopefully open later. “Hopefully’ ?!!! If a pharmacist who allocates the medication is late why on earth would I trust them to sort my medication out. Absolutely outrageous. From reading previous reviews this pharmacy has not had a very good rating for a while and it is awful. This pharmacy is local to many elderly and is a hub with easy access for local residents. It is important that this is run correctly. Staff are unkind and rude it is difficult to express the severity of how awful this pharmacy is. What are you going to do to change this? Lloyds pharmacy peachcroft you really do need to sort this out.
