Couldnt mange even a basic perscription. I had a mobile persciption that said any phamacy to issue. But they turned me away. No wonders they are empty. I feel like they offer a poor service just so they can sit thier and do nothing. They said because they wasnt my registered phamacy they cant issue the meidcation. The prescription said any phamacy. Absolutely useless with the curent mental health and diability pandemic. Phamacys are key in offering relife and treatment. Its apuling and raises majour alarm bells. They are not functional. Taking a pay check for awfull and unsatisfactory service. Not functional. Please report them.

One star for being open. Staff were unhelpful, nothing I required they had. Simple things you would expect, dressings, bandage, iodine etc. Assistant looked blank and not interested. Pharmacist rude rolled her eyes at a question I asked, at which point I left. I would recommend you don’t use this two thirds empty shop and go to Woodstock rd chemist. NEITHER STAFF WEARING MASKS.. APPALLING.

The staff were fairly polite, a bit cold. It closes at one for an hour for lunch and when I called in to get my antibiotics for a very painful infection they said that my prescription had come in the morning but I couldn't collect it till the next day. It was empty so why they couldn't have made it up then I'm not sure. I was in agony and had to wait 24 hours more to collect it.
