fantastic!!! a pharmacy where you don't have to wait half an hour!! i collected my prescription for the first time and will defiantly will be using them again! staff were ultra helpful, smiley, polite! even held the door open for me and wished me a good day. i recommend to all

Delivered someone else's medication (warfarin) to my elderly mother, thank goodness she had the capacity to realise.

Awful pharmacy. My partner has had several bad experiences here but I thought 'how bad can it be?'. It is. Rude staff who don't make you feel welcome & treat you as if you are a nuisance. I was in and out of the doctors faster than I was here just picking up some anti-biotics. Won't be returning.

Simply the best chemist that doesn't keep you waiting. By the time I left the doctors at the Malthouse an walked to Avicenna my prescription was ready. The staff are always helpful an friendly hence why I changed from Jahoots.

Efficient friendly service, much faster than most pharmacies locally.

When I had my first jab, I was all irritated and stressed because of the terrible parking (don’t use the Charter car park opposite…) but the person that did it was SO lovely and really reassured me and made me comfortable. I’m reading a lot of comments on here from disgruntled people and although no doubt some of them have a point and are relevant, it’s important to remember that the staff have to deal with people all the time telling them the same things over and over again RE the COVID jabs. Perhaps don’t take it to heart so much if they make a mistake as plenty of us do. The pandemic has taken a toll on us all and it might be wise for them to have some retraining in customer service, but don’t think they deserve a 2.7 average rating as it stands.

Staff member was unhelpful. After wasting a lot of my time. Seemed unwilling to help . But usually in store they've always been more than helpful. Think it was wrong day to call. So in store I'd score 5 stars. But due to dismal failings over phone. I only felt able to score 1 star. Two very different scenarios.

They don't honour bookings through the online booking system. Turned up for my appointment to be told it didn't exist. No apology or offer to rebook.

I wasn't impressed by this place due to the rude staff. Today I was obliged to come again here because of my vaccine, but again they confirm the lack of basic skills dealing with people. Very rude, very long wait. Update after the owner's answer: The rude person, I assume, was the manager. If you value customer feedback, as you claim in your response, I strongly recommend that you read your customers' comments and have an honest review of your business values.

Came in for my first Covid vaccine today and can't rate them highly enough. I'm terrified of needles and they couldn't have been more kind and helpful. The woman who did my jab - whose name I can't remember because I was having a meltdown - is an angel
