Post Office oxford

If there would have been an option of -5 stars they would have getting it! Horrible service, very slow and like you are talking to a robot not a person. Avoid this post office if you can!

It was open yesterday !

Awful service received by the lady at the post office counter. Instead of trying to help and be cooperative she was dismissive ! I said I’ll take my business elsewhere and she said after I turned my back ‘and don’t come back’. Flabbergasted I went back to the counter, she quickly disappeared around the back. Her colleague came out , I repeated what she said he looked point blank at me saying he didn’t hear that. He claimed he was the Team leader! Both their customer service skills are disgraceful and I will be taking this further !!

Received very poor service on two separate occasions. I am not sure who actually reads these reviews from the management section, but whoever is, really needs to take on board the series of bad reviews that is showing for this store. It maybe a simple case of re-training the staff in good customer service, which should give a morale boost, then they might want to be there and smile. Small changes, make big differences.

I was unable to pay cash into my TIde business account at this post office, even though I do it regularly at other places. The staff refused to help, and were incredibly rude.

Absolutely rude service and eye rolling from the old lady with short hair will be making a formal complaint disgusting
