What a fantastic service, the staff where so helpful and professional. To start with the measuring was done quickly and efficiently and then the fitting was also quick and didn’t disturb us at all. They where friendly and clean! The whole process ran smoothly and to a good time frame, I am very happy with the service provided and the results. We’ve had many compliments on our dark grey bi folds which have been to made to match our kitchen units perfectly. I would highly recommend and would not go anywhere else!

The ladies who work in the office, Natalia and Gosia were prompt with responses to emails and phone calls , friendly and it was pleasure to deal with them. Gentleman who measured the windows, provided me with helpful advices and choices what would best suit my property. We have just had a new door fitted by the Premier Windows team, we are really happy with the whole experience from the non pushy initial visit into the showroom, the prompt answering of our questions, even when we had Terry measure up for the door he fixed our old door as we were worried the locks would not last the 2 month wait...! The end result is brilliant...we are very happy and the guys that fitted the doors were great too, a really good experience and I can as a long standing SE19 resident wholeheartedly recommend premier windows..!

This is the second time I have used Premier windows, they have always been very helpful and courteous. The new windows are excellent and a consderable improvement on the previous ones, the improvement in the warmth of the room was instantly noticeable. They have been fitted to a very high standard, I was very pleased the fitters manage to keep the original Victorian architraves, allowing original 150 year old features to be retained. I would recommend them again.
