We have now ordered 2 doors for separate properties from Doors & Doors. From ordering all the way to fitment they are there to advise on what looks good as well as colours that are suitable for the position of your door (sun exposure etc.) Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is next to none! There is no pressure and any advice given is from their many years of experience!! We will always come back here if needed

Rude woman over the phone didn’t catch her name. all I wanted was a price on a door that I saw over the website. Been a carpenter for 40 years. Then she’s telling me you can’t have an oak door external of the house really lol. composite doors haven’t been around that long love. What you think people was using in the 80s 90s. then I ask her can I get a price on your locks and handles etc, just give me an overall price, her answers was I can’t do that. Don’t recommend her guys she’s going on like I’m asking for free stuff or discounted not my styles. RUDE RUDE RUDE.

Fantastic service! The Shop is a traditional family business, all the doors and fittings are in displayed and ready to be chosen. We have been dealing with Lorraine, which has been honest, professional and accommodating to all our requests. She made us fell comfortable from the first visit and never rushed up in any decisions. She has always found a best solution for any query and where possible made us save a bit of money, which you hardly will find in other trade shops (especially big chains). The fitter James also was brilliant and he has fitted our new beautiful wooden door without any problems. Well what else? If you need a new door that is the local shop to be visited, highly recommend! Thanks a lot again, Alex

The doors are good solid quality and their craftsmanship in fitting was excellent. A pleasure to deal with too. Old school family company - been doing it for a few generations and it shows. Not expensive either.

What they don't tell you is that their doors are sourced and shipped directly from XL Joinery. I paid £110 per door, only to find (from my shipping receipt) that the exact same product is selling for £65 at three other retailers. It didn't even pass through D&D's shop or warehouse so really no excuse for this eye-gouging 60% markup.
