The London Door Company replaced our front door a few years ago and did a great job matching the new door to the house and street. We are still delighted with it. They took time to go through all the options, offered good advice and the workmanship is excellent. When we had a slight problem with a lock a recently, they were helpful and prompt at fixing the issue

Me: "yes we need a new front door for the house our flat is in" LDC: "ok, well it's easiest to quote in person when both decision makers are there, so let's find a time when all three of us can sit down" Me: "er sorry, who's the third person?" LDC: "oh it says 'Mrs', so I assumed your husband" Me: "oh right. Well no actually, I run the finances" Women. Voting, driving, paying for doors... what will they get up to next.

In store staff are very affable. But, like a few people here, it was a struggle to secure a sales visit despite several calls. The salesman eventually arranged a time and date to pop round in July. He then cancelled two hours before our early evening appointment due to “not feeling well.” He was very apologetic and promised to re-schedule, but never did. Neither did he return our calls when we attempted to re-book. We’ve now given up on LDC and will use someone else.

We had our front door designed and fitted by the London Door Company. James was brilliant with his professional advice and service. He made sure that the design and colours we picked worked with the nature and period of the door, which resulted in a stunning design. They met all the time lines. and gave us a competitive quote. I would highly recommend James and the London Door Company. thanks you guys:-)

The LDC sends me emails about their products and services. As it happens we need our front door replaced. We have called them 3!!! times and in each occasion we have been told that someone will call back to take our queries further. So my question is...what would you expect from a company that cannot even follow a sales lead? Dear Jess, thank you for your prompt reply. As it happens I was talking to my partner about this this morning, and he told me that he had indeed contacted the LDC yesterday (4th time now) and was told that a chap called Will from the design department would call back. He is still waiting for the call. In short we will not be doing business with you.

5/ 5

We had our door and door frame in our conservation house replaced by London Door Company. The service from start to finish was excellent. Our initial contact was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us in choosing the right door for us, right down to hardware and draught proofing. A lot of thought was put into making sure the installation times worked for us (down to remembering my work from home days), and the installation staff were extremely polite. The work was done to an exceptional standard, and they even came back to do pain touch ups around the frame. Since installation we have decided we want to change the letterbox (to no fault of the company) and they have been very accommodating. I would highly recommend this company. You really do get the service and quality that you pay for! Thank you London Door Company.
