The staff in this branch are all wonderful and true experts in their paints. They helped me enormously with colour combinations, were very helpful at every stage of the process. I would highly recommend visiting the store, and the paint itself has transformed my room. Thank you to all staff members at the Marylebone branch, your kindness is much appreciated!

Disappointed with quality of Matt paint which showed up every hand mark - I don’t think any paint should be this delicate. Have to repaint walls and then never touch them (which seems ridiculous) or buy a different paint. Didn’t get a satisfactory solution from store.

Staff are stuck up and toffee nosed, despite spending 600 pounds in paint I feel that as a trades person I was looked down on, possibly as I didn't speak with a plum in my mouth and not wearing a jacket and tie. Highly priced products and not impressed with the coverage of the paint, 4 coats plus their undercoat and the walls still look like the paint hasn't covered the walls.

Go to Kevin for 5 star service! We visited the Marylebone store with the intention of just quickly picking up a couple of sample pots; Kevin (Assistant Manager) gave us such a warm welcome and was very patient with us as we described our vision for our new home. His enthusiasm was infectious and he gave us truly excellent advice to help us choose the correct tones for every room in our home. Having been to F&B for advice on several prior occasions I can firmly say that Kevin 'got it' and we left feeling completely, utterly and totally reassured. We're so happy to have a clear plan and very excited to get decorating! Thank you, Kevin!

The new manager is excellent! His customer service was excellent during the Christmas rush and I needed paint for my club at short notice. I didn't have the time to thank him for his incredible work in helping me source the paint from other branches. I hope Head office thanks you for your great work - keep it up!
