Hit and miss. I love the quality and styles on offer here sometimes but stock doesn't change frequently enough so if they don't have a great selection you can be waiting ages for the new stuff to come in and try again. Ive had good experiences at other New Look stores, just this one clearly doesn't have enough attention from top management.
