They have improved a lot. We actually started getting a great service for about 6 months and it was turning to the great surgery it once was. Unfortunately it's slipping again and it's all about call at 7:30 am to get an appointment if your lucky on the day. Well, if you're not well and been up all night being sick etc and you finally get so sleep you don't want to have to wake up at 7:30 to sit on hold for 20 minutes. If you work night shifts and get in at 4am you don't want to be waking up at 7:30. If you're suffering massive depression and everything takes a world of effort and you just sleep all the time you've got no chance of grabbing that phone at 7:30. There needs to be another way. I've taken stars up from one as they are still marginally better than they were and I think they're trying. Original review below: Gone downhill massively. Waiting times over a month for appointments. Can't get through on phone anymore even after long waits. Has become a literally unusable service
