There used to be a waiting list to get into this surgery, but no longer. I've always found the receptionists to be friendly and helpful, but the practice itself is clearly more invested in its Barton Le Clay surgery, where you are always offered an appointment far earlier (often weeks earlier) than the next available one as Gooseberry Hill. There's a fair amount of disgruntlement about this as the Gooseberry Hill Clinic serves a a large population, not all of whom can drive or feel able to drive when unwell. I have never seen the same doctor more than once in all my visits to this practice.
