AVOID - UTTER DISGRACE. Had to call numerous times to confirm the appointment as no email arrived. After phoning back and forth five or six times I finally got confirmation. However upon arrival at the confirmed appointment, I was told the doctor hadn't bothered turning up that day, but no-one had had the common decency to contact me to tell me before I set off. It was an afternoon appointment too, so it's not like they only had 5 mins notice themselves. I've wasted day off, wasted petrol, and wasted 1.5 hours travelling. DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY.
