Simply world class ! The staff are very friendly and put your mind to ease. Everyone just smiles and it just seems to be such a well run place. My procedures were done on time and all the staff were very professional and explained everything to me in detail.

Thank you to all the staff at the BMI for my first class experience yesterday. I was extremely nervous about the treatment. I was reassured by nursing staff and helped to make my decision about whether or not to have sedation. Everything to do with the procedure was explained clearly. Mr J Tate was totally professional and every step was explained to me before it happened. I felt safe. The nursing staff were considerate, kind and helpful. They fully appreciated my needs. The after care was also very good. I was sent home with plenty of information and a telephone number to call should I require further help. I definitely would use this Clinic again should the need occur.

I stayed 5 nights at the clinic and have to say that the attention and assistance that I experienced was second to none. The Nursing Staff were attentive and good humoured i.e. very professional, the physio were similarly very professional and the catering staff did everything they could for me. I would rather have not been in a medical clinic but the support staff made the experience memorable.

I would rate the overall service at Five Star but for the fact it is almost impossible to contact anyone by phone as they are all on answerphone and seldom return a request for a call back. The service from the medical staff is five star and they telephone me daily since I was discharged to see if I have any problems. I have two further appointments booked by the Clinic to do a wound check and a further one with the operating Consultant a month later, which includes an x-ray of the hip to ascertain full success of the procedure. This is all beyond my initial expectations.

I stayed overnight for an operation (ACL) and the full experience was nearly faultless. I was made comfortable and shown my room where i would be staying on arrival and talked through the procedure and what to expect. My needs were covered throughout and as i am a type 1 diabetic, i have 1 or 2 needs more than the average person will expect and this was taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better clinic to have my procedure and follow up rehab. 100% recommend!
