Cobb Farr Residential bath

Decided to go through Cobb Farr when renting a flat in centre of Bath. Found Cobb Farr really helpful in helping us find the right flat for us- really knowledgeable and efficient when dealing with the associated paper work. Jenny was really responsive and available to help with the end of tennancy process too. I would highly recommend Cobb Farr - a very "on it" agency who were a pleasure to deal with.

Cobb Farr, and Vivienne Hayes in particular, went way beyond professional duty to make my sale happen. Vivienne never gave up and supported seller and buyer to a happy ending, albeit ten months of trial and tribulation down the line. She was always available on the phone, even on days off, and came up with constructive and imaginative solutions to our problems. Altogether very impressive and lovely to work with. I could not recommend highly enough. She was ably supported by others in the Bath office.
