Do not see this dr - just had him shouting at me wiggling his finger in my face telling me he would

Do not see this dr - just had him shouting at me wiggling his finger in my face telling me he would not be giving me a sicknote (which tells u everything about his knowledge as 'sick notes' changed to 'fit notes' in 2010). Avoid like the plague (in fact getting the plague is preferable to seeing him)
