I was waiting for a call for weeks to get an appointment for a vaccination. GP called as "no caller"

1/ 5

I was waiting for a call for weeks to get an appointment for a vaccination. GP called as "no caller" and blamed me why I didn't pick up, 3 days before I went for holidays- so I didn't get my vaccination. Last month I went every day to the GP to get an appointment in advance as I needed to see the GP for a check up- before my holidays. A day before the appointment they called me AGAIN as "no caller" to cancel the appointment as they booked me in with a nurse rather than a GP. Now I have to make sure to get another appointment so they can finally do the check up. And AGAIN, they blamed me as I am not able to attend the alternative appointment. And AGAIN I have to make sure to get another appointment even though I did before. Mistakes happen but this is just unprofessional and the fact that I as a patient get blamed for it is unbelievable!
