This is my favourite cinema ever. They have really nice screens and seats. The only downside is that they used to give orange tickets but now they are just white. Obviously food is expensive but they have special deals especially for students which is really good. The food is also very nice.

Me and my son went to see the latest X-Men film.. The screen we were watching was tiny, I was so disappointed. I go to the cinema to see a movie and I expect better at the price they charge

No telephone customer service at all! Seriously? This is a national chain and if you want to check details about services/actual cinema details that are not on their (rather basic) website then you CAN NOT! Prerecorded message tell you to refer to said detail-lacking website for 'all' (haha) necessary info and then disconnects. I don't know if we would have enjoyed those premier seats (or become a regular customer) since we are now going elsewhere - and will do so in the future.

I love watching my movies here. I just wish the adverts were not so long. It's like an added hour to movie time. I like that they also serve hot dogs and tortillas.

Staff very helpful. Shame the people watching kept playing with their phones during the film. Nice, big screen, amazing sound quality watching Dune. Not too crowded, atmosphere a bit sterile though.

Bright spotlights shining down on us the entire movie completely ruined it. They called them "important safety lights" yet no other cinema seems to need them. Won't be going there again. Duke of York's and Komedia are the only cinemas worth going to in Brighton

The only complaint is I wish the seats were more comfortable, hopefully they will be be upgraded once the industry has fully recovered and they have the funds to do so. It was very clean I look forward to going back soon, just wandering what to watch next

The cinema its self was good and I enjoyed my movie, however im not happy that when I ordered two drinks I was automatically charged for a large drink without asking. This ended up costing my almost £10 for the two drinks.

Good cinema. The highly racked auditorium means your view is pretty good wherever you are. The food and drink were typically expensive.
