Used their Website to order some Jordan's for my 13 year old son, website was easy to use, email confirmation came through, was also provided with tracking details for my next day delivery! arrived on time, The Jordan's were also £30.00 cheaper than anywhere else I had searched! couldn't be happier and would highly recommend and 100% use again! excellent service and communication!

Absolutely rubbish. Queued up for trainers as the day before the staff told me they had 10 pairs in store. After 3 people they said they were sold out. Waiting in the cold for nothing. Then on another occasion made an online purchase and after 5 days no reply when chased up said they never had it in stock. Why take payment and take the order. Bunch of idiots. Used to be great with good staff now just liars that try to get you in store or shop online.

We travel from London to visit this store especially as find it such a brilliant experience. Both my husband and son like to wear different styles rather than the same as everyone else. Today the whole process was brilliant especially being the first day with the masks instore, the guy on the door was professional and very welcoming and friendly. When we entered the store there was only 1 other customer and the whole team were brilliant helping us as best they could. They currently have a fantastic sale on so ended up buying 5 pairs of trainers. If you have a chance definitely pop in there as they really are a great bunch in there 😀

The staff were one of the friendliest I've ever been to, the London ones need to look out for the Brighton staff. Well done people! They get a review simply because they were really good at being on hand without hassling every customer.
