Excellent service, I find it easy to book an appointmentment, and usually get to see a doctor the same day.

I've been a patient here for three years and have discussed and been treated for a number of issues. I feel progress is being made and this is largely down to Doctor Burns. She is happy to listen, is compassionate, and is very helpful. Thank you.

The reception staff are friendly and efficient. My doctor and the practice nurse are first class. It's a good blend of village Dr Finlay with computerised clinical practice. Thanks all of you!

Having moved from a large surgery in London I have found the team at Long Ashton to be great. The Drs especially Dr Burns and the reception staff and nurses are incredibly helpful and show genuine care. A difficult job done well!

Not good. The doctors and nurses are excellent but the service for the last few years has been poorly run. It cn take them up to ten days to days to write a letter of referral.

Unfortunately my wife and I have had cause to use the services of the surgery several times over the last couple of years. We have found this to be just brilliant. From the reception team, to the nurses and the doctors we have consistently received efficient, caring and highly professional treatment. We are both very grateful for this and think that we are fortunate to have such a good practice in the village.

LA surgery makes me so happy! Everyone is so friendly, everything is so efficient. You call up and the phone is answered almost straight away (after the intro about COVID) and then they can book you in basically straight away. Results are in quickly, appointments are never running late, everything is clean, neat and tidy. We recently moved from nearer the city and our experience was VERY different, so gosh do we appreciate a great Drs. No one likes going the docs because it's usually for something a bit unpleasant, but all of the above makes it so much less stressful. Thank you very much.

I always find it easy to get an appointment and the staff are so helpful and friendly there. I have previously been registered at large health centres and the experience is very different.

Excellent service by doctors and nurses. I cannot fault them. They have always tried to get to the bottom of my problems. It does take a while for them to answer the phone but most gp are like this nowadays. Would definitely recommend this surgery.
