The dentist is efficient. The work is tidy, and pain minimal. Post-appointment concerns and patient care were addressed appropriately. However, the managerial aspects of this practice I do not care for. Two needed procedures were broken up over three appointments, which was not a good use of my time. Reception staff seldom answered the phone when I called. And I needed to continue calling rather than have an efficient response to a message that I had left. Additionally, after spending more than an hour in traffic on two buses to make an appointment, I was scolded like a child for being 9 minutes late. Then I was informed that next time there will be a £20 fee if I am late. Ironic because at my previous appointment I waited several minutes for the dentist, and also frustrating because I had called earlier that day to both hopefully reschedule, and also to inform them that after some changes to my personal schedule that it was difficult for me to get to that part of town for my appointment. I felt very disrespected and that my efforts made to benefit everyone’s time we’re ignored. In a city with many dentists to choose from, I would pass this one by for one more accommodating and professional.
