I have just left the Pandora shop in Edinburgh St James Quarter, l am fuming after the worst customer service l have ever experienced. I had done all the work really chose the ring took a picture with me and had the £99 pounds ready to spend all they need to do was get the size The 'assistant' basically said go home and order it on line. How do l know what size to order? She brought out two ring that were to small. The 'assistant' said well that's the biggest we have in the shop, no help whatsoever. Absolutely deploreable service and l will be spending my money else where.

Horrible! Just the worst experience ever. Employees with terrible attitude towards the client, only one female was actually helpful and kind. I guess the people working there don't like their job.
