I have bought many items from this jewelry store as the items have always been of high quality. My last purchase was a white gold chain. We had a problem with a faulty clasp which they repaired under guarantee. The same problem happened again. After evaluating the chain, they said they would send it for repair within 10 days. Receive a call stating it would cost 60 pounds to repair, even though its the same issue and under guarantee. So disappointed with the way they have managed this repair. Unfortunately , I wont be purchasing any more items from Ernest Jones.

Always friendly and helpful staff here. There is a nice selection of watches and bridal jewelry. They also carry LeVian jewelry. So if you're interested in natural colored gemstones and Chocolate diamonds, this is the place to go.
