I am giving one star because I cannot give it less. A very rude woman spoke to me at phone told me that they cannot repair my TV. I needed to buy another one. She was not able to help me and gave me a wrong advice. Thanks God, I explained everything to Curry's where I purchased my TV and they supported me with my issue. They told me that I can repair my TV completely for free. Thanks God I did not trust DBS. Absolutely an horrible service! Don't call them.

LG power board replacement, first visit “ oh we don’t know how to do this” We will contact you and rearrange to come back Week later no contact Ring LG “ oh it says on our system job completed”?? LG arrange second appointment Arrive and complete the job great….. Not, broken back panel and didn’t tell me and no sound! Wouldn’t recommend using these cowboys!!
