Starbucks Coffee glasgow

Good service but super slow! The queue was so long it reached the juice bar outside the coffee shop. It needs more staff or maybe more-experienced staff

This is one of the slowest services I have ever seen in a coffee shop. There’s a queue of 10 plus people and the guy on till is taking years to serve one person. And no plates? And my pastry was not fresh at all. The fruit bread came with butter but only a spoon and fork to spread it with? Just need to think more about their service.

Seems a Covid safe place to stop for coffee. The upstairs seating area is not enclosed which is good. Seating generally well spaced. Great coffee with friendly, hard working staff. Thank you!

Had a lovely oatmilk latē, fresh hot and relaxed atmosphere watching people pass bye below. Recommended for the people watcher.

Coffee was very good I wasn't particularly keen on the surroundings. Its up to everyone to make there own assessment but I couldn't recommend the set up. Order on the ground floor (there is some seating) then upstairs to the lounge area. There is a lift but I guess its meant for people who cannot make the stairs. The views of the shopping areas are nice. The day I visited the lounge area had been left with lots of used ups & saucers. Just as I was about to clear a space a young lady appeared & started clearing up. I cannot comment on the cleaning arrangements.
