Customer service is beyond excellent. Wasn't keen on the food which I ordered, so I was offered an alternative. When I got my bill, the lady took it away from me and brought another without charging me for the food which I didn't eat. Amazing. Very, very impressed. Had one of the best cups of tea, and I know my tea! The place is spotlessly clean, and the service is second to none. Fantastic chairs, so comfortable. The afternoon tea looks delicious. Go to this place, you will not be disappointed.

Had a vegetarian afternoon tea there. One of the best service I've ever gotten. Super patient and flexible to accommodate all your wishes. Really nice cheese and fruit scones, yummy cheese and cake cakes, even the usually rather boring sandwiches were nice. And obviously also a really nice place to sit, especially in the lower part of the cafe. Reservation recommended.

Good, friendly fun staff. Great to go with family and friends. The afternoon tea choice is brilliant and at a good price. You get a choice of cakes, scone with cream and jam, 4 different types of sandwiches, small cute short bread biscuit and many different choices of tea, coffee and hot chocolate which you can get with cream and baileys! Which was so very good. And it is very filling. Don't eat before going lol. The staff also check with you if anyone has any food allergies or dietary restrictions. So very good. Will go back again. Been many times already and happy every time.

Good food, excellent staff.Fantastic place for tea.A wonderful tea room. The services was excellent as well as the food. The atmosphere was delightful. The perfect was to celebrate a big event or just spend an amazing time with friends or family. The prices are incredibly reasonable.

They have a vegetarian afternoon tea, though it isn't explicitly listed on the menu. It came with four different vegetarian sandwiches, all of which were quite good. The scone was also good, though no clotted cream, just butter and jam. I wasn't a huge fan of the cake (I chose iced gingerbread), but they had a number to choose from so maybe I was just unlucky.

Absolute gem of a tea shop. Very clean, staff polite, food delicious and very reasonably priced. The decor was amazing, all art deco which we had read about at the Kelvingrove Museum. Definitely worth a visit

Lovely afternoon tea. The waitress asked was there anything we did not like on our sandwiches and provided alternatives. Lemon meringue pie was amazing. Only problem was I don't think there was enough room between tables to allow for social distancing.
