Under staffed. Queue was huge. Flat white was very weak. Hot chocolate was made on the second attempt but unfortunately tasted awful. I used to spend a fortune in Costa but they are all going downhill a bit. Not sure why. Training ?. Too quick expansion ?. Bad management ?. Either way I'm going to take my business elsewhere for awhile. Starbucks here I come.

You have to ask for a glass for your water even though you are sitting in... so do you get your coffee without a cup? Shouldn't have to work that hard to have a decent experience. That said, service in this one was much quicker than the other ones I had been to recently, where incidentally, I also had to ask for a glass.

I like this Costa, the way it’s designed the open-ness of it. HOWEVER they seem to stick their laziest staff in there. They shut 2 hours before they are meant to without fail everyday, they chase customers away, they block of seated areas 3 hours before they are meant to close and start serving only takeaway only at the same time. A costa I like the look of but staff aren’t the best
