Kwik Fit Glasgow- Giffnock glasgow

Just under an hour to fit two tyres when I had an appointment booked. Would have been longer if I had opted to wait further for wheel alignment machine to be free. Could be quicker? Staff were pleasant but need to display more urgency.

Put car in to fix coolant leak. Was coming out to be about double what I had initially expected. I asked them what part I needed so that I could see if I could get it cheaper secondhand and then they could fit it, as I couldn’t afford the repair. Seemed reasonable on the phone, then called back and said they were refusing to tell me what part number I needed so I told them I’d pick it up and take it somewhere else. I had to pay a £35 diagnostic fee for picking it up just for them to look at it, and they still wouldn’t tell me the exact part I needed. So I got charged a diagnostic fee but I didn’t get the diagnosis. Con merchants, avoid and go to a local garage.

Used this Kwik Fit a few times and always had great service and good prices. All the staff I have dealt with are pleasant and helpful. Keep it up.

I have used this Kwik Fit branch many times over the past 10 years and always found them to be excellent. They are always polite and keep me informed of what is happening with my car. I have always found them to be good value and the work completed to a high quality. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car.

I haven't used Kwik Fit before but I will definitely use them again in the future. An absolutely fantastic service today which was both fast and extremely reasonably priced. I honestly couldn't be happier!

✨✨✨✨✨ The office was clean and sanitised. Staff were wonderful. I do recommend to book ahead of time as they are (as are most garages) fully booked. I witnessed one other customer found that out the hard way. While staff were very busy, a customer dropped in wanting to get his tires changed. After a short wait, staff politely informed him they were fully booked for the day before the customer stormed off exclaiming in a passive aggressive tone, "That would have been nice to know that ten minutes ago!" Staff handled it well and were professional through out. Highly recommend.

The car needed rear pads , the guy's were efficient & polite , will recommend and definitely use them again. Thank you.
