Very poor service... I ordered a tyre a day before going, and was promised a call the next day, no one called. I then called in the afternoon to see if my tyre was available and I was told yes come down. When I went down I was told to leave my car and someone would call me when it was done. This wasn't conveyed to me when I called. It was not easy for me to leave my car and go back home and await for my 'turn' due to health issues. I said I would wait in my car in the car park. An hour passed and I asked for an update, they said they were still working on the same 2 cars, I asked how long would it be and they said they couldn't say. I then said I would be leaving, I was told to come back in the morning, but I refused as I believe the same thing would have happened to me. They have no consideration to their customers. I took my car to another company and had my tyre replaced within 10 minutes. Will never use National again.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Its refreshing to meet guys who are a credit to their company. Most national chains have average service at best. Turned up without an appointment on monday morning with a flat tyre. Had me patched up and back on the road with in an hour. Appreciate you lads. Thanks

Despite good quality products for competitive prices but unfortunately a very poor service and a total ignorance of some so called mechanics.
