I visited this branch earlier, thinking my phone screen required replacing but as it happened my screen guard had saved the day. Upgraded my phone casing and had my screen guard replaced by the most helpful of technicians. First class professional service and customer relations. Would highly recommend this franchise.

Really would recommended my girlfriend dropped her phone next day dropped off here and fixed within 1.5 hours.. £35 and they also gave the phone a clean up, mute button and charging port. 5/5 would return and recommend

I went here today because my laptop was not charging. They checked it and found out that the problem was the charger, which was broken, and offered me a replacement. They have been super kind and very helpful, I would definitely recommend!

Dropped my iphone and cracked my screen. Called to get a price which was much more competitive than other places I’d phoned and they said they could fix it without an appointment. It took slightly over an hour and I was delighted with the result. I needed a cover and they sold me one at a reduced price so an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and I’d definitely recommend them.

I had my MacBook keyboard replaced here and initially I could not recommend them enough. However just under 6 months later a fault has developed with the replacement part due to the quality. iRepair are refusing to resolve the issue, despite it being within their own ‘warranty’ and covered under consumer rights. I will not be recommending or returning again. Report now submitted to trading standards for review.

I came in for a new iPhone as my old one had seen better days. I bought a reconditioned phone and it’s fantastic. The staff took me through my new phone and showed me the differences. Great service.

Very efficient service. Left it at at 2.30pm and picked up the following day. Have used this place a few times and never had any problems. Also got an NHS discount!
