Halfords glasgow

Was barely given the time of day when asking for advice on equipment for my car. Basically rhymed off information to me rather than taking me through what I needed to make the right purchase with them. Left and will be going to another Halfords for better help.

Popped in to see if it was possible to get a puncture looked at. Left with it fixed 15 minutes later. First class service. Would definitely use again.

First time using halfords for a bike purchase ,can't fault the customer service I got. Wen paying my deposit the guy wasn't to clued up on bikes but that said he was from the garage side but a very pleasant guy only to happy to help. This wasn't a problem as I know about bikes and knew what set up I wanted. Went in to pick bike up,it was ready wen they said it would be and I was delt with quickly and in ten mins I was off on my new bike.

Good Friday teatime. One harassed guy on checkout, long queues, waited over twenty minutes to pay then eventually walked out. Lack of organisation. Poor management

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very approachable and make you feel comfortable. They double check you are buying the right thing for your car.

Had a great experience while getting my 10 point check service for my car. Tanvir explained everything he’d be checking with me, advising me on what may need done and also sending a full report to me via email. While I waited I spoke to Jamie about audio I was hoping to purchase. I was given informed choices on both matters and never felt under pressure to buy anything from them. My oil was low which I knew I had at home and I knew one of my bulbs had gone the day before but I was more than happy for that to be fixed while I was there after being given the choices of bulbs and the prices. Thank you.

Great service. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Mark went above and beyond. Had my bike serviced quickly and efficiently and he was lovely to chat to. Will definitely be returning to Halfords in the future.

Absolutely first class service. Got new head light bulbs fitted. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Recommend Rutherglen branch 100% Price was great.
