I am absolutely appalled at the treatment of my sister by this practice. Paula is Downs and a few months ago her denture broke. Made an appointment only to be called the same day to cancel due to the dentist calling in sick. I have made numerous appointments since and managed to actually get there a couple of times without them cancelling. Due to go today for her impressions doing, and what happens?! A call to cancel due to the dentist calling in sick AGAIN!!! No sympathy regarding the fact that due to them cancelling all the time my sister is still with dentures that fall out when she talks. If I had cancelled that many times Paula would have been struck off!!! Get your act together and get a dentist that actually works. Needless to say we won't be going again.

Unfortunately I'm no longer with this dental practise. After calling them to cancel an appointment due to an infectious illness. I was told if this happened again I would be struck off their patient list. I made another appointment but on reflection I decided not to go as their policy of removing you from their list would only encourage people with infectious illnesses to still visit the dentist for fear of being removed, possibly spreading the infection further. I was always happy with the dentists themselves but have found the receptionist a little 'off' at times.

I had not been to a dentist in many years due to fears from numerous bad experiences. I ended up been a case study for the dental hospital for 2 years and to be honest they left me in a bit of a state so I avoided dentists for many years. I was embarrassed by the way my teeth looked and plucked the courage to see Harris at Xen. He understood how nervous I was and it turned out I needed 75% of my teeth removed. So knowing how nervous I was, he arranged for my extraction to be done under IV sedation at a private clinic which was amazing as it only seemed I was in the chair for 5 minutes and was zero pain. 5 weeks later thanks to the team at Xen, I now how dentures, a healthy mouth and an amazing smile all thanks to this practice. I can not thank you and all your staff enough for what you have done for me, you have changed my life.

My daughter and I joined this practice recently and have been very impressed with the treatment and service thus far. Everything is explained very well and the friendly team are efficient and reassuring. I would recommend them highly and am so glad we chose Xen.
