I had a half-yearly check up today with Kat and her nurse Danni which was a real pleasure. As always they carried out the checks thoroughly & professionally. I have been treated by Kat for a long period and she has always gone the extra mile to investigate and find the most appropriate solution to my dental issues. I very much appreciate everything she has done for me, treatment, support, and guidance. I would strongly recommend Carnegie Dental Clinic as a first class dental practice.

If you are looking for a new dental clinic, look no further, this place is fantastic. Been going for well over a year now and every time the staff are extremely polite, professional and caring. Thanks Becca and Vicky who always make me feel at ease and never guilty for the state of my mouth! Other clinics seem more interested in selling unnecessary services and prodedures but Carnegie listen to their patients and do the important things well, every time. Keep up the good work.

I've just seen Adele the hygienist with her nurse Katie. Adele was brilliant and could still make me laugh even with her hand in my mouth! She even managed to inspire me to start flossing! Katie was very professional and the pair make a dream team!

As a nervous patient just thinking about visiting the dentist is frightening. Thank God for Dentist Alex, Assistant Emily and all the staff. They put you at ease immediately with their friendly and welcoming manner. Alex explains everything in an uncomplicated way which helps when you're panicked. Her approach lets you relax and makes the whole process less stressful. The Dental Assistants are always on hand to offer you reassurance. The Hygienist Adele, is so engaging and funny. She works wonders with getting the water pressure and water temprature just right, which makes a dental cleaning bareable for faint hearted patients, like me! All in all, a super friendly, modern, patient focused and clean practice. Highly recommended.

Been with Carnegie for a number of years now and I am very happy with the great service, from hygiene visits to dental check-ups everyone is very friendly, very helpful and professional. My tooth care is much better now than it ever has been in the past and I really like the appointment system where you don't have to wait for ages to get in, if your appt is 8.30 then that's when you'll get in. All in all very happy I switched to Carnegie, one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I went to see Lizzy for a denture that I needed and I must say that she was truly outstanding with her service that she provided. She was extremely cheerful on arrival and she welcomed me with a big smile and gratitude. Her professionalism was exemplary and she did everything that I could ask for. She made me feel at ease and was very open to any questions I had for. Lizzy and her assistant are in my opinion the best you can hope for. Keep up the excellent work!! Went for a checkup with Alex today, it all went well with a thorough examination. As I have a partial denture some explanation was required about why I should pay particular attention to brushing in certain areas. A mirror was used to make this easier. A friendly relaxed atmosphere as usual and quite a quick visit. Further appointments were confirmed by the receptionist; we had a brief chat while details were texted by the nurse from upstairs. I'd certainly recommend Carnegie Dental to friends.

I am probably the worst patient ever. My dentist has changed to Izzy. I attended yesterday for what I thought was a 3.30pm appointment. Mu actual appointment was 3pm. The reception team rang through and I was seen immediately. I had mot slept the previous night nor had I eaten due to nerves. What a lovely girl Izzy is, she was so gentle and explained everything and the best news was I don't need any further treatment other than a hygiene which I booked with Izzy. Don't know why I worried

Even though I moved to Skipton 12 years ago I still travel back to the Carnegie dental clinic as the team are efficient and friendly. The practice is very clean and feels safe. Alex always re-assures me as I am a nervous patient. Pam Shackleton.
