My family and I have visited this family practice for many years, it was very sad to hear Mrs Rayner had retired recently but my faith and trust still stand with her amazing son Tom. To have someone who understands people with additional needs with such a caring, gentle nature means the world to the parent and the child. Thank you so much for today. 😍

I called the surgery 10 minutes before closing time sobbing as I was in agony. Tom Rayner answered the call. Was very reassuring and patient as I cried down the phone asking for an appointment for the following day ( which was a Saturday and the surgery was only open for half the day). Tom reassured me that I will get an appointment and will ask the front of desk to call me in the am with an appointment time. I put the phone down and literally a couple of minutes later the receptionist called back confirming my appointment. I was relieved as I was in agony and needed to be seen as soon as. I’m so grateful that this family run dental surgery are compassionate, caring and go over and beyond for their patients. I hope they continue to do so.
