Bed was hard, lumpy. Got scalded and alternately ice cold water in shower several days. Told desk clerk and he suggested switching to another room. Two other guests had same problem, they heard me talking about it to desk clerk and said it happened to them too. He checked things and found no problem. Overpriced for what we got. Young girl on night shift was unfriendly, unhelpful and needs to get a work ethic. Other staff was great. Breakfast was not a buffet, nothing hot on it. Don't recommend.

The good thing. You can sleep here for really cheap prices. But cheap is also the rest of the hotel. It seems clean on the first view which is good but the beds are uncomfortable the cloakroom seems improvised and the worst, the hotel is located directly beneath a road with a lot of traffic. I'm giving 3 Stars because it's cheap and if you just want to stay overnight, then you should be alright. But the noise from the cars outside through the hole night is not for people spending more time there.

This is a very basic but clean hotel. The bed is about as comfortable as a concrete slab so not ideal but it was only for 2 nights so we thought we could just get on with it as it was in the location we needed. Check in was quick. I registered our car on the car park system in front of the guy behind the desk and picked up the key. Job done. Second night. We registered the car again. As it only works for 1 day. Then this rude man with a greasy ponytail demanded £3. We asked why. He said ‘car parking’. We explained no one asked for money last night to which he replied you will probably get a fine then. We said this was unfair as no one said anything. He processed our payment for £3. We asked him to add £3 for the previous night and he said ‘don’t matter’ and turned his back on us. He was really off hand and not the least bit friendly. We won’t stay here again. This is how they treat ibis gold customers!

Paid £35 on the the night (+£3 parking) for a room. I had no issues with the offering given the 2 star rating, however there was a quality issue with the room that should have been rectified prior to my arrival. The Ibis Budget in Manchester was more seamless.

A nice room with pleasant staff. You get what you paid for but would he better with other necessities like more soap and a kettle. As long as your tired and wanting to sleep there should be no problem here at all.

Really nice hotel for the price. The staff are very good, friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night when passing and the online booking messed up through another company but the staff were so helpful and managed to make space for us as our room wasn't secured previously. Very thankful and would definitely recommend the company/place to people due to that.

We have arrived at the hotel after we have booked on accor website and the reservation was confirmed. It was very late after traveling with the car from a long distance. The reception person was very ruth telling us that there is no room available for us and to leave the hotel. The person just said "I don't need to explain why there is no room for you" "Now you must leave" They didn't want to share their name or functions or to give an official letter explaining that. They said that we should call the customer support if we need to make a complain and that they will not give us their name.

Very very very basic No jug kettle in the room. Very tight spaces. Although reasonably clean. If you are driving will have to pay £3 per day for the parking. Free WiFi Staff is generally friendly but some of them can be very nasty. So be careful. Would rather pay a bit extra to get better service

Ideal, basic place for a overnight stay, no frills, just somewhere to clean up and get your head down for the night. Big Tesco over the road is handy.
