Spartan but Scrupulously Clean It's an Ibis, so you know you're getting a no-frills budget hotel. It's in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and the train station. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping standards are high. Rooms are on the small side, but that's not a problem, since this is a place to get your head down after a day's work, not somewhere you'll go for a romantic weekend and room service. Chances are I'll be staying here again next time I'm in town.

Well this place was a laugh and half. Staff were friendly and helpful though. We had a twin room for two males. Not what I expected. Shower was in the room with a frosted door, very little privacy - we had to avert our eyes! The sink was also in the room, even less privacy. Happily the toilet had a door on it. But it was small, your knees almost touching the door. Beds were small, I couldn't stretch my arms without hitting a wall one side or being in the bed the other. Only two spare sockets in the room. Neither of which are next to the bed. No kettle, seriously no kettle. But they do sell pot noodles at reception? Prison cells have a kettle. Plastic box pretending to be a chair, only one between two though. Having read reviews I took my own kettle and a socket extension (see pics) If you do share a room make sure you know your chum pretty well. It's not a hotel as you would expect.

Great hostel vibe but unfortunately hostel rooms as well. Paint peeling, tables damaged bits coming off the walls. Tiny shower no soaps or things like that. I used it for work and I depend on the free stuff so I don't have to carry too much stuff. Went to my meeting without a proper shower. Breakfast was okay, continental. Will be booking another hotel that I stayed at in before as it was only £10 more and I didn't feel like I was in student accommodation. Would be. Helpful if they re-tuned the tv's as half of the Freeview will channels are missing. Felt like I was backpacking in OZ again.

Feel robbed! Room is absolutely disgusting, toilet smells of urine not to mention the shower! No parking along with hotel which was shocking to find out too but never mind. I never ever visited more dirty hotel in my life. Absolutely disgusting. I understand it’s a budget hotel but at least should be clean! Avoid at any cost unless you’re scruffy person and don’t mind that!

Location is great but no parking facility. The car need to parked at NCP Leeds The Markets but hotel will give the discount ticket to you. Remember to ask the hotel staff before leaving hotel. Room size and bathroom is good enough as Budget hotel. However, the quilts is not clean. A lot of hair and dust.........

Budget. It's in the title really. Needed a place to sleep and have a shower, this hotel provides exactly that. Mattress was firm but not awful. Decent water pressure in the shower and left plenty of towels to use. Some reviewers seem to expect a 5 star service for £39 a night. Just remember you get what you pay for :-)
