They don't exchange travel money. Never drink coffee upstairs! I could hear through the bathroom walls how they overheat the milk! Terrible! As a barista, I believe that if you have 1 or 2 coffees a day, you deserve the best quality, not something with burned bitter milk (especially for this price)

I visited John Lewis York on a busy Sunday to get some information on Smart watches. I was instantly acknowledged by a lady who pointed me in the right direction and then introduced me to a chap on the department called Philip. Philip gave me some great recommendations on a number of products, which has given me alot more to consider than if I had only browsed online. I would highly recommend.

Good quality products, but rather top dollar. However, go at the right time and the sales racks are worth a visit for clothes. Last month got two thirds off a really good jersey top. Great choice of aftershaves too.

Never fails to deliver a great shopping experience for customers. It’s easy to reach using the Park and Ride buses that are frequent and reliable and for those driving in, there’s always ample parking. The store has two amazing cafes and its goods are always unique and tasteful.

Had to wait to be served. 6 people behind me. When staff were summoned by lady on phone 4 arrived. Staff very pleasant. However there did seem to be a lot of staff walking around. Customer behind did leave queue and said she would order on line.

Lots of stuff to choose from, and a big electronics section with lots of testing areas to see what they can do. Quite relaxing and not over stressed experience. We always try and grab a coffee and chill a little. Loved the heart they put on the coffee, nice little touch. However must say the coffee was a little bitter, and maybe more options or more full bodied coffee should be an option

I love the one way system is they should make it permanent it's much easier to get around
