Had an appointment to wax my eyebrows with Abbie who was absolutely amazing, such good customer service. I was just expecting to get a wax and after I actually got a tint and a free lip wax which I was very happy about. Then I bought some products which she showed before how it would look on my skin. Overall probably one of the best service there by far definitely going again in 4 weeks time!!

Fantastic sales on at the moment up to 70% off lots of most items. Get there fast.

We love debenams as its our only large departmental store in the city we love their offers on line and in the store which come quite regularly .... there's always a little something we come home from the store sometimes big sometimes small it's our store even tho it's not as plush as some of the surrounding debenams stores but this store is ours!

It's nearly all over for them. Still quite a bit of stock, but only Stevie Wonder could truly appreciate some of the tat they have left. The few good things they do have left have only been discounted by 40 percent. That's not much of a discount on Debenhams initially inflated prices.....

Sad to see the store is closing for good. Staff very professional and attentive. Will miss shopping at Debenhams when they close.

Historic and traditional department store, but too hot in summer and too packed with merchandise to feel comfortable. Lacks a modern appeal and I can understand the company closing, with the same products often cheaper online, but shoppers loving the 'shopping experience' offered by department stores 😞

Got some good bargins

Massive display of everything. Massive branch with truely nice people. Unfortionately, will close down soon as a result of collapse of the trademark.
