There's always a few crack heads, smack heads, and lazy oafs sat outside this shop. Begging for cigs, for money, to be honest it gets annoying. They have little or no respect for anyone and from what I can tell they manage to make more money than the average graduate does from their first job. For this reason I will give this shop 2/5. The shops ok though, but filled with students who are mostly stoned or drunk. The security guard will also follow anyone around who they think looks suspect.

I bought an olive oil and a box of cookies. Then I went back to look for my friend. The security guard didn't pay attention, thinking I stole those stuffs. She took me back to the store, even though I showed payment record from my bank, she still kept me there. She apologised eventually but saying she felt I was hiding. It feels like it was my fault to cause her mistake. I will never visit this store again, and tell all my friend about this story. It was a shame that they treat a customer as a thief. After figuring things out, they didn't even give me a sincere apology.

The shelves are always bare no matter what time you go this store! The lack of availability on items is shocking.. Hardly convenience

I got bothered by a begging guy who was in a wheelchair. I mentioned it to cashiers as people pull tricks to get cash. This guy is known for issues. Security ran out and told beggar guy. Both verbally attacked me on the way out. Sainsbury's security said he was happy to be reported. I can't believe Sainsbury's security would leave single women unprotected.

It was not open when it said it was 24hours. Very misleading and should state if it is closed on website or on side of store. Not impressed.
