Primark as everyone knows has amazing bargains and there are some things/gift ideas you don't see in other shops so always worth a mooch round. To be honest I don't go in Primark too much and that is mainly because of the long queues at tills although the staff do work quickly. Don't have to pay for a bag either so that's,a plus. I went in the get Christmas jumpers because I think they have such a wide selection. usually I leave it too late so was on it this year. The staff are really helpful if you can't find something. The reason for 4* is the queuing but because of its popularity it can't be helped I suppose.

Friendly staff, great place to stay. Rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. 10-15 walk from the centre. You can pay for thr mini bar or just call into a shop just down the road. Didn't book the breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat just a walk away (mcdonalds being one) lots of coffees shops. Took 3 weeks to get our deposit back

Usually shop at the Huddersfield branch, but thought for a change I'd go to Bradford store, (08/02/20) was surprised at how big it was, and as always purchased items, was waiting in the queue (had my partner with me who is disabled) was pleasantly surprised when a young man opened a till point for us to go to, what a lovely gesture.. Thankyou

Good value but service quite poor. Doors locked so only 1 way out and staff totally ignore customers wandering around trying to find a way out. I and 3 others had to ask when it was obvious we were going wrong way and staff too interested in socialising with each other to bother with us.

For such a big store it's quite tidy. However for someone more on the plus size side it's quite difficult to find the right sizes since they usually go first. And as always they sometimes have a really nice selection of clothes and at other times there's not much at all. But yeah, I do wish they had some more in bigger sizes and a slightly bigger section for men as well

3/ 5

This was once the best place to visit when coming to town in Bradford, but now, it literally has nothing to offer! Always busy, queues are horrendous and its not understandable why! Ok, the men's section of Primark seriously needs working on, as it doesn't offer anything near in comparison to the ladies section upstairs, and even the Boys section, it only has a few jeans up for display, few t - shirts hanging here and there, that's literally it! No decent stock is held in this Primark, I'd suggest visiting the one in Trinity Leeds, much bigger, and stock is a lot more there for both BOYS AND GIRLS. I don't know if this change has happened because of the refurbishment made in the store but honestly its shocking. Would've gave less but the pricing and visiting this place for a long time are the only 2 points holding me back as of yet.
