For the most part the store is well laid out, well priced and clean and well stocked. Some of the delineation of department and which floor it is on makes no sense to me, but it has to be split up somehow. I can remember I made a purchase but can't for the life of me remember what it was, but the cashier was polite and efficient

3/ 5

A reasonable variety of products and the quality is almost always good. The cafe is cosy, serving tasty treats, nice coffee and teas. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are escalators and a lift to the first floor. The clothing sales can be very good and it's still a great place for good value school clothes. I find the hardware/kitchen items and decorative stock is pricier than a couple of years ago and not in line with price rises in stores that sell similar products. Compared to Home Bargains and B and M for instance it seems less competitively priced than I remember it being.

Your stairs are extremely dangerous. The marble landing and glass banister makes is even more unsafe . My aunt nearly fell down all the stairs and hurt herself badly- and it could’ve been much much worse if her daughter wasn’t stood beside her for her to hold onto. My nan nearly slipped a few times too. Big danger hazard. The stairs are a bit too steep and several times I’ve lost my balance walking down them. Please do something to make them safer for your customers. Thank-you.

5/ 5

Asda living is a nice place to go for an item of clothing, a household item or some gifts for the kids. It always seems to have more range of goods than just visiting the supermarket. Queues are not often very bad as staffing levels seem to be kept quite high on the tills when needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. I don't in general enjoy 'shopping' for the sake of it, but if I need something and have to go to get it, this is somewhere I don't mind picking up the odd thing.

Not a bad place. Had some bits that Asda stores don't see. Pretty convenient.

Not sure what's going on...last 2 times I tried to pop in to collect an item ordered on the Internet and there is only one person serving customers. Bear in mind this is a massive superstore. You could in a queue for an hour.
